This Privacy Policy explains how Argos Enterprise LLC, doing business as Argos Consult ("Argos," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit argosconsult.com or interact with us through the forms or chat widget on this site (together, the "Services").

• Information you provide directly: your name, business name, and email address when you start checkout for a plan; and your name, email, phone number, and message content if you chat with us through the chat widget on this site.
• Information collected automatically: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through our hosting provider and the third-party tools below.

We deliberately do not collect a phone number through any form on this site — the chat widget is the only place a phone number and any related SMS consent are collected, described in Section 3 below.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to your checkout, questions, or chat messages, and follow up about your order or inquiry.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• To send you service-related communications (for example, about your subscription).
• To send you SMS/text messages, only if you've opted in as described below.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to opt in to SMS to buy a plan or use the Services.
• Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@argosconsult.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site and the third-party tools embedded on it (the chat widget, and Stripe on our checkout pages) may use cookies or similar technologies to operate correctly, remember your session, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site or chat widget work.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following providers only as needed for them to perform services for us:

• Stripe — processes payments for plan purchases. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we don't store your full card number.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — powers our CRM and the chat widget on this site, and is where SMS conversations (if you opt in) are managed.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Your Choices

You can opt out of SMS at any time (Section 3), unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@argosconsult.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
