Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (an individual or the business you represent, "you" or "Client") and Argos Enterprise LLC, doing business as Argos Consult ("Argos," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of argosconsult.com and the services described on it (the "Services"). By visiting this site, submitting a form, starting a chat, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Argos offers Argos Presence (website, local search, and lead-capture infrastructure) and Argos Acquire (AI receptionist, CRM, scheduling, and related intake automation), each available on its own or together as the "Found & Booked" bundle, billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout.
Argos Revenue Command is a related but separately operated platform at argosrevenuecommand.com. Use of Revenue Command is governed by the terms posted on that site, not these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Services are intended for businesses and the individuals authorized to act on their behalf, not consumers acquiring services for personal, household, or family use. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent to these Terms.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for each plan, including any one-time launch/implementation fee and the recurring subscription amount, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; Argos does not store your full payment card details. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Argos (through Stripe) to charge the displayed amount on the billing schedule shown (monthly or annual) until the subscription ends. Prices may change for future billing periods; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active clients in advance of a change that affects them.
Cancellation and billing questions, including any refund request, are handled directly — email info@argosconsult.com and we'll work it out with you.
4. Client Responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information, content, and access (logins, domain access, business listings, etc.) you provide to Argos to deliver the Services, and for reviewing and approving deliverables (such as website copy or automated messaging) before they go live under your business's name.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM), to misrepresent your business, or to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct. Argos may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section.
6. Intellectual Property
Argos retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, templates, software, and methodology (including the ARGOS methodology described on this site). Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables built specifically for your business (such as your website and configured automations) for your own business operations. Argos may reference your business name and the nature of the engagement in its own marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments) and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (CRM, scheduling, and the chat widget on this site). Your use of those providers' features is also subject to their own terms. Argos is not responsible for outages or changes made by these third parties.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is." Argos does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular volume of leads, bookings, or revenue), since these depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and follow-through on our recommendations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argos's total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Argos in the three months preceding the claim, and Argos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
